I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Bloomington, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was very formal. Only question-answered based. The difficult part about this interview was that it was not someone from HR that was constructing the interview. So, the questions asked had no follow-up responses and it was not a personable experience at all.

Question 1
Name a situation in which you would have to use star (situation, task, action, result)
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
