I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Houston, TX) in Jul 2018
Interview
Long & drawn out process. Contacted by recruiter, then in person with sales manager, then ride along with another rep, then video interview with regional manager, then interview with vice president, then re-interview with sales manager.
Found out after 6 weeks that the position was never actually open.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions, and a few questions to try and see how quickly you can think on your feet. Be very professional in the ride along.
Fairly straight forward interview. 3 interviews and a field ride. They will expect you to take PTO to interview. The rug pulled my last interview the day before so that stinks.

Question 1
What motivates you? Money, recognition, or promotion?
After going through four interviews as well as a ride along and reaching what they called the "final" interview, I was not offered the job. This is despite senior management telling me I "nailed" the interview. Also after giving up hours (probably about 8-10) of my time over 2 weeks. Even after all this I got a generic "sorry but we are not moving forward with your application" email rather than a call which leaves me wondering what happened. I reached out to the manager asking what I could improve on to help me with interviews in the future and I was ignored. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
All about previous experience. All four interviews asked basically the same questions.
Lengthy interview process with 5 rounds and a ride along with a rep. Mostly STAR questions and walking through your resume. Will start with a phone call then an in person followed by several zoom calls with higher ups all the way to the VP of sales
