I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Mason, OH) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was easygoing and conversational, with a simple and straightforward structure. It primarily consisted of behavioral-based questions that focused on past experiences, decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The overall atmosphere felt relaxed and allowed for honest, thoughtful responses without unnecessary pressure.

Not as long as some other processes are getting these days, which is refreshing. Three rounds of interviews with a recruiter, Location manager, and Regional directer in that order. Meet and greet at the end with a senior level VP. Second interview was the hardest and felt like it was the biggest filter for deciding on canditates.

Question 1
They heavily inquired about my interest in staying with the company long term. Hiring up from within appears very common.
