Screened and interviewed by recruiter which went great - very prompt and good questions. The interview with the People Operations and Sr Leader were the turn off. Asked irrelevant questions that showed their ignorance of the role

Interview
Chat with Head of Talent - Chat with European Head of Engineering - Not sure of final stages. Company (after prompting) still had a completely different guy's name instead of mine for the emails/interviews etc. Rec coordinator even after much prompting took 2 weeks to find my correct email address to set up the next stage. Cool company - Head of Talent seemed awesome and great to work with but jeez, lack of conscientiousness and communication from team was poor.
