Applied on Cisco careers website. The interview process was phone screen > video interview > assessment centre. The video interview was the most pleasant I've had, with the technical questions being fair. The assessment centre involved with 5 engineers and 1 HR interviewing me and a pre prepared presentation.

Submitted online application. Online assessments were made up of 1 coding question, technical questions and IQ tests. IQ tests were ridiculous and were poorly worded - full of grammatical mistakes, and made no sense.
