Recruiter set up an interview, vendor called and described the position. A webex call with the hiring team and an eventual on-site interview with the same people.
They asked me the basics of requirements gathering, why I think I would be a good fit for the job, what my biggest challenge was in the previous job. There were a few questions about search rankings.

Interview
Brief and very direct the interviewer knew exactly what was needed from the candidate and therefore the interview process was almost like a checklist. The interview was brief and included several layers of management.
