There was no stump the chump or intimidation. Good questions asked during all interviews. The hiring manager was very personable and kind. There was an emphasis on culture and massive growth within the business unit.

Only made it to round 2. First interview was a 5 minute phone screening confirming availability/interest. She sent me a rough outline of what the second interview would be like. Second was with a Solution Architect to gauge technical prowess. I bombed the second interview, my fault entirely. The gentleman interviewing me was incredibly kind and even suggested different roles within the organization that would be a better fit and gave me feedback on the spot.
