The interview process was pretty standard, but very long and drawn out. In the end, I was verbally offered the role by both the recruiter and hiring manager in three separate phone conversations. After waiting for multiple weeks and my email follow-up being ignored, the recruiter let me know they would be making an offer to an internal candidate, and tried to claim they had never made me a verbal offer. The way the situation was handled was incredibly disappointing and does not give me confidence that this is a company anyone would want to work for.

I spoke with a recruiter (first interview), the hiring manager and member of the team (second interview), and a senior manager. The interviews went well, but they were looking for someone with Sharepoint experience.
