Interview
The interview went well from different perspectives. It started from phone interview after HR person found the resume online. In the phone interview, several general technical questions were asked to determine if the employer wants to move further or not. After that, an onsite interview was given. Several guys showed up in the one-hour-each onsite interview, focusing on tech questions and puzzles. The offer was given after the onsite interview in a month or so.

What do think about your future career path in this company?
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
