Interview
They initially were nice, and the process was quick from the start state. Round 1,2, and 3 interviews were arranged within 1 -2 weeks. After the 3rd round of interview though, they did not even have the decency to reach out to the candidate to provide an update. Please think about it from the candidate's point of view, it's extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate after they have put in so much effort for 3 rounds rounds of interviews. The way they handled the situation just showed that this is not a good place to work.

The generic tell me about yourself, past experiences
The interview process started positively and I enjoyed meeting the hiring team. Unfortunately, after the interviews I was effectively ghosted despite multiple polite follow-ups and assurances that an update would be provided.
I understand recruitment processes can be delayed, but candidates deserve basic communication and respect, particularly after investing significant time in interviews.
Very disappointing candidate experience.
