Interview
The interview process was swift and easy. You will start with a telephone screening with a talent partner before proceeding with a data and insights test. After completing the test, you will be invited to a one-hour competency-based interview. After that, there's one more interview and then a potential offer. I completed the one-hour interview but did not proceed further in the recruiting process.

Interview
Initial interview was quite relaxed, one on one, conducted remotely via video call. After this interview, the next stage was a timed 60-minute test which involved reading through several German-language articles and writing summaries for them.

What is your German language skill level (on CEFR scale of A1 - C2)?
Recruiter was nice. But it was very competitive. Even the pay was not good at all, There were still a lot of competitions because it's a big name company. They prefer PR experiences.
It was a very simple interview where i talked about myself, what were my motivations and previous projects where i worked before. They didn't do a technical interview, just one interview.
