Smooth and eye-opening. Good interviewer and generally a smooth process. Technical questions were difficult, but follow-up questions were succinct and one thing flowed to another. Good opportunity at the end to ask questions about the firm culture, work-life, etc.

3 rounds.
First round with someone for the operations team, behavioural interview.
2nd round with a trader, technical questions.
Final round with head of operations, mix of technical and behavioural.

How do you deal with different opinions as a group leader?
Asked some behavioral and walk me through your resume questions mostly. Fairly straightforward, know about Citadel. Focused a lot on points in your resume. Need to be able to back it up.
