Interview
Online aptitude test, a phone interview with a trader followed by two onsite interviews with traders. Phone interview lasts around 30 minutes and the last meeting with the traders can go on for a full day.

Phone interview first round. Basic options theory questions and some standard probability and math questions. Otherwise mostly involved behavioral questions from a trader. Took a while to get back despite having an offer deadline.

Did 4 different interviews but never got offered job A junior trader . everyone was friendly and hr stuff was polite , they asked many questions about my exerpience with trading
Only the quick math test and very hard. Most of questions are about the probability and only give you about 60s to solve such questions. You need to at least get 80% correct to get into next round
