Three rounds. 3.5 rounds to be exact. Starts off with a technical test. Java or .NET focused, depending on your area of expertise and the job requirements. Easy and hard questions, but any developer worth their salt should be able to answer 90% correctly.
Then an initial interview with the senior developer in the office plus a HR staff, after which comes an interview with the dev management team. Once you pass this round, you should be all set. The final round with the managing director is just a get-to-know-you round.
