Interview
The Recruited invited me for interview inspite of understanding my salary expectations, which I was clear before the invite.
I was disappointed to know that they can't go beyond some budget and offered me the same offer as my current company's offer (no ihke i.e. 0% hike).
I request them/you to plan it and then invite the candidates for interview, After spending one whole day, I was offered the same CTC as my current CTC, which was disappointing.
There were basically 3 rounds including HR.
1. Technical interview. (the interview starts with core java and ends with adavanced topics - Core java/collections/design patterns/hibernate/spring/springboot/dev-ops stuff/aws)
2. managerial Interview (technical + behavior)

Question 1
1. Asked very basic questions on OOPS - (you need to be very good at basics).
2.project architecture
3.Spring IOC/DI
4. Was asked about Design patterns and why did i chose those while i used them.
5.and following questions on design patterns
6. adapter design pattern.

Interview
This is the most worst interview in my entire career. I joined the interview which is the virtual interview over the zoom meeting. The interviewer ask me questions and I'm answering all i just told him that my mind is not working I'm facing some issues then the interviewer suddenly said that's it from my side I'll ask hr to reschedule the interview but In the late night i received the mail which said you're not moving forward with you candidature i mean what the hell is this my interview is not even 100% completed and you rejected me this is disgusting. I'll never ever come again in this company and also will told my friends to never go there...the interview is held on 1st of oct at 5 o'clock.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Mumbai) in Dec 2020
Interview
Hiring process started with expectations and interview setup. It was using Google meet. Took 1 week of time.
First Round : Technical interview. 1 hour straight with scenario based questions on Java 8 Collections and Core Java.
Second Round : AVP Round : Questions about project
Third Round : 'Manager round : Questions about project and few confidence checking questions like puzzles
Finally comes the HR round: The HR , a Senior Executive, sends you and email with the Rough CTC breakup and then when you negotiate, she comes back with a different amount which is less than what was quoted stating that she did not have approval. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. When confronted, HR straightforward asks you either you take or reject. Such crapy and unprofessional reply from the HR is least expected. Moreover the HR does not have any sense of professionalism and behaves as if she is the owner of the company where she can quote something on her own and come back with a lesser amount.
WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
Please ask about the expectation even before starting the first round to save your precious time.
