Interview
They have outsources their interviewing job to a startup flocareer. Procedure and all is very good but interviewer has not even asked a single question based on .net . All of his questions are too much theoretical and I don't think that anyone experience can answer that much of theoretical questions because our job is more of logical implementation. Suggestions for citiustech that please ask your developers to take interview. Don't outsource interview task because they don't know what exactly you are looking for.

Applied through consultancy, Took 3 dys for interview.
Consultancy will call you for preferable time and date for 1st round of interview and schedule s accodinngly.
Round 1. Technical .
Happened through zoom total last about an hour. .
interviewer was good nd supportive, overall nice experience.
2nd round - if you clear the forst round, consultancy will call you for your availability for 2nd round.
Manageral questions,- y r u looking for change, and some technical questions on design patterns.
interview went on for half n hour,
if manager is satisfied with your answers, on the same day consultancy will call you to update that you have cleared, and company will contact you for further details.
