Interview
One on one interview with a representative of HR, asking behavioral type questions, asking what I knew about the role, what I knew about the company. Typical interview, no technical questions. Interviewer was really trying to get to know you in order to see if you would be a good fit for the program.
First round was a video interview, followed by a chat with recruiter. Video interview was focused around why you want to work at Citizens and where you see yourself in a few years past graduation. Next round was behavioral and some questions about my experience and skills.
