Citizens State Bank (Indiana) interview questions

Very laid back and personal. Shanna McClure was my interviewer and she was very nice. She no longer works for the company. She made me feel very comfortable. It was 1:1 in an office. It is now 2:1 and I'm not sure how comfortable it is now. After my interview, I emailed Shanna to let her know how much I appreciated her taking time out of her day to interview me.

Several online and written assessments before you ever meet a real person. HR representative was rude and unfriendly as well as the upper managment. Answers to 1uestions about bonuses and pay were evasive and they seemed as if I should not be worried about the compensation. There were also several weeks between contact from the institution.
