I had 3 interviews total with this organization. I met several fantastic employees and connected well with the department I was interviewing with. The first interview was informational, second for program manager which I was followed up with that I hadn't gotten due to candidates with greater experience than I, but asked to interview for coordinator role which I did. From there I never heard from this organization again after the third interview, despite several follow-ups. It really disappointed me as this is an organization I really admired and this level of professionalism after 3 interviews felt unfortunate.
