Interview
There is first an application with two recommendations and two essay questions. Be concise, they like that. If you are selected you first get vetted through a phone interview. Again, be concise, they don't like wordy answers. Then if you get past that you get the chance for an in person interview. If you do not respond quickly enough, there will be no more space for an in person so be aware--respond right away.

Question 1
What was your biggest challenge or failure in a previous job?
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.
