City of Hampton interview questions

We received a selection of schools to choose to interview with. After receiving the list, each person chose the schools they wanted to interview with. Each person Interviewed with the principals of schools.

You are asked to take a swim test. The swim test consisted of 300 (12 laps) depending on size of pool could be down and back is 1 or just going down is 1. Then swim back to he deep in to tread water for 2 minutes with hands in your arm pits. Lastly, you would have to swim down to the shallow end down to the deep (ft) to retrieve a 10 pound brick and it back to the shallow in and hop out within a minute and forty. Once completed, you go dry off and complete your in person panel interview.
