Didn't respect the reasonable adjustments I asked for as a neurodivergent person. Exactly what I expected to happen during the interview then happened, and I ended up failing as a result.

Invited into the office, interviewed by 2 people who took turns questioning me. They asked how I displayed civil service behaviours and marked me on that /5. Had water there so could drink and pause before answering. They were very nice and understanding.
