Claimatic interview questions

I found the job posting and applied online. I got an email from the hiring manager about the job and he asked me when I was available to come in for an interview. That week, I showed up at the office (pretty nice location and building too, lots of food and coffee shops nearby, which is a bonus) and I interviewed with the VP of Software Development. The interview was pretty informal but tough. He asked me about my experience and skills and we walked through my resume. One question that threw me off was when he asked me to tell him about my failures as a developer and what I learned from them. Overall, good experience.
