Two person interview panel. Be ready for scenario questions. Even though I was told it would be a competency based interview, I think I had one question about teamwork and what I knew about Clanmill, the rest were these badly worded scenarios that lead you down one road, but all they're looking for is that you'd talk to people in the scenario. It's bizarre. I have nine years experience as a Town Planner and they weren't interested in the slightest about talking about that. I think a call centre worker would've had a better chance of getting. That job than me.
