I went through a thorough interview process for a Non-Profit Program Manager position, including a phone screening, a second interview, and a third interview. After the second interview, the recruiter contacted me two weeks later for the third interview, which I felt went well. However, since then, I have been ghosted by the recruiter. Despite multiple follow-up attempts via email and phone calls, I have not received any response. Given that this organization is focused on assisting individuals with their finances and careers, I expected a higher standard of communication and professionalism. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and does not reflect well on the organization’s commitment to its candidates.
