I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clarion Capital Partners (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was speedy and efficient. It didn't feel as if I was meeting people, just for the sake of meeting them. I felt as if all interviews were conversations, which was nice. The only think I would say is that I wish they were able to cut down the number of visits to the office, and perhaps do a phone screen and then 1-2 in person interviews.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clarion Capital Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied through Career and Services at my university; I was called into their office for an interview a few days later. CFO and Assistant Controller asked some behavioral questions and basic accounting questions as well. Overall, very straightforward and not-at-all intimidating interview. They aslo called my previous employer to make sure my listed experience was legitimate.
