I attended an interview at Clarion Technology Company. I successfully passed the Technical round, Manager round, and HR round, including discussions about salary. I also signed an agreement form confirming my intention to join. After completing all the necessary steps, my interview details and scores were sent to the client for final approval. However, I didn’t receive any updates from the company. When I called the HR department to inquire about my offer, they informed me that the client had rejected my profile. The agreement stated that I would be aligned with other projects in case of a client rejection, but this didn’t happen. The whole process gave me false hope and was poorly managed. It’s frustrating that they conducted multiple rounds instead of having the client interview me directly. They ended up wasting 15 days of my time.
