Initial interview took place after meeting a recruiter through my university's career fair. Afterwards was invited to their office along with other candidates for final interviews. The final interview was a day long process, including an information session, three separate interviews, and a jobsite tour. Both breakfast and lunch were provided.

After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
