Clarusway interview questions

Communication was received by email to "interview" for an IT Recruiting Consultant. Received a meeting invite for the interview. All correspondence was one on one. However, joined the "interview" to find out it was not an interview, it was an hour-long sales pitch to myself and 120 other individuals. All of whom had NO idea this was what we were going to be a part of. The chat during the call was full of people flabbergasted at the deception we faced that led us to the meeting. We were all led to believe it was a 1:1 interview, for a w2 position. When it was in fact a 1099 nontraditional "consulting" role. Super strange. Total waste of time, and honestly super disappointing in such a challenging market for recruiters who are out of work.
