Apply for the position and obtain and interview, it was a one on one, relaxed environment. There is an extreme need for Therapeutic Staff Support, in the community, schools, and home. It can be an emotionally strenuous job. There hours are not all 9-5 and there may be weekend work.

The interview was very brief and casual. If you're qualified for the job on paper, you basically get hired on the spot. Be prepared to answer questions, but definitely don't stress yourself out. It's not scary at all.
