Initial communication was good. I was told the position during training will be part time and after training the position would be full time. The employees seem pleasant. Did not see the actual office, due to interview was in the conference room.

Turn over is so high that they only care about making sure you know that for peanuts you're expected to be on call 24/7. No one seems to care if you're qualified, only if you can stand the bs you will endure until you burn out. 55k and irrelevant bonus, barely anything for car allowance. THIS is why there's turn over, you don't pay people for what you ask. RE and the rest are making good money you can be sure.
