I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClearBank (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Four stages to their interview process. Interview with senior software engineer to discuss cv, tech assignment, tech discussion with another senior software engineer, then the cultural interview. All around nice people, but some miscommunication from their side.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ClearBank (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
The process is made up of 4 stages. Initial chat with their software engineer, homework task, homework task review and culture fit interview. I made it through to the homework task, then got an email saying congrats on making it to the final stages we will invite you for the last two interviews, please confirm your availability. I confirmed it and got a call back from them 4 days later to say that another person has reviewed my homework task and now they don’t like it. Apparently mocking in unit tests is too complex😂… avoid them if possible, time wasters…
