Initially given an assessment technical. Coding assessment focused on their core functionality. To develope a mictosrvice for a cardaggregatore service in any language with TDD and shell script writing and submit in a week

Culture and values interview
- People were pleasant to speak to and had good impression of the company. Was not too stressful. Just prepare well with good examples
Take home test
- technical task to develop a micro-service to consume some APIs - should be developed to production standard
- personally felt this stage was far too long and does not respects a candidate's time. From experience it takes around 20 hours to submit a decent solution
- strangely it was the final stage and there is no follow up to discuss your solution
- feedback was bit slow
