I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ClearView Strategic Partners
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews over a period of 3 weeks. Each interview seemed unstructured, i.e. it doesn't seem like they ask the same list of questions to all candidates.
Alarmingly, though, I told the company about credit problems that I've had in 2014. I discussed this with them and they seemed OK with it so I proceeded with the check at the agency that referred me to them. I told them exactly what would come up prior to the check, and after the check was done, ClearView had a turnabout and decided that they would not proceed.
This is somewhat concerning for a company that prides itself on its ethics. My entire job search has now blown up in my face with the agency that I'm with for no valid reason. They should have been transparent about their intentions before sabotaging my relationship with the agency.
I'm also concerned that their product might elevate unproven allegations against employees within the companies they serve, harming employees' presumption of innocence and their standing within their companies.

Question 1
Given the unstructured nature of the interviews, the questions were related to my experience and how I would fit in the everyday work of the company.
