Interview
After an initial phone call I received an interview date and a link to a survey which gauges your personality type. From there I had a group interview where the interviewer got a feeling for our personality types and past sales experience. From there I recieved an offer and a start date.

Group interview asking general questions about relevant experience. Show up dressed well and with a good attitude and you'll stand out from the group. Spend some time reviewing what position you want within the company, they have many divisions. Some with great leadership, others not so much. Be a self-starter.

It was a group interview which I thought was kind of weird. They also drug test you on the spot so be prepared. They call you, then they invite you in for an in person interview.

Interview
When interviewing for the Sales Executive position, I was pleasantly surprised at the uplifting and stylish atmosphere at Clearlink. This is a company that prides itself on it's culture with providing all the necessary tools, training and benefits for it's employees. From the people I have met so far to the fun and innovative work environment, this company stands to do great things as it's employees are of some of the happiest I have seen in my experience. Though I have just started, I feel like this will be a strong company to grow with!
