I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Clearpath Federal Credit Union (Burbank, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I applied on Indeed. Received an email back to complete an application and answer a few questions. Sent those in and was offered an interview time. All communication was via email, the recruiter never called. I thought it was untraditional as usually there is at least a phone to offer an interview. Anyhow I decided to go ahead and attend. I drive an hour to Burbank for the interviewer to hand me 4 double sided pages of an aptitude test. It was literally just a bunch of numbers, no math, no situational questions. Reminded of a test postal workers take to ensure they know how to read addresses. With all this advanced technology in 2024 there are more sufficient assessment test employers use to evaluate a candidate. I opted not to spend my time taking such an irrelevant test and walked out the interview.

Interview
They make you do a math test and personality test that takes hours to complete for the interview. My interview and testing all went well, but I was not hired, which is perplexing.

I applied online, 3 weeks later, got a call for an interview.
Interviewed 4 weeks ago and have not heard back.
It would be nice to get a simple email to let a person know, where they stand.
