I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Boise, ID) in Sept 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. The phone call with him went well and they scheduled a collabedit.com session. He asked me 3 questions and watched me code up the answers. I reversed the digits in an integer. I don't remember the other 2. That went well and they scheduled me for the 1st round of on-site interviews.
The first round consisted of 2 45 minute panels with 2 people. The first one wasn't too bad. I was asked to write a queue using stacks. The next problem was to write a method to check if the sum of 2 values existed in an array. The trick is knowing you need to sort the array first. Then they asked me a sql question in the 5 minutes they had left.
The second session they asked me how to print nodes in a binary tree according to the depth. My answer took up the entire time.
After than they scheduled me for a 2nd round of interviews. In the first one they asked me to model a logic circuit so I created an And and Or gate. The 2nd panel (of the 2nd round) asked me to model a library system with OO design. The question was purposefully vague and I focused on the database side since that's how begin to design a product. I think this is where the train left the tracks because they specifically asked for classes.
After the 2nd interview the recruiter called to let me know my skills didn't match up. Overall the interviewers were nice and the experience was ok. I didn't like that it took nearly 4 weeks! I'd rather just power through all the interviews in a day.

Question 1
The vague OO question wasn't difficult but was the one that tripped me up. If you get to that point don't overthink it!
I applied online. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Bengaluru) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was quite good and easy, mostly questions are from dsa and core subjects.basically they are looking for the person who can take and delivered task before deadline. And one thing to remember that revise all concept before going for the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Boise, ID) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview took place in multiple parts. My initial contact started with a call from a recruiter directly with Clearwater. It was a very standard call, being a 30 minute conversation where I talked about my skills and what I wanted to do in my next roll. The next step after the phone screen was a two round technical interview. The first round was hands on coding, and the second round was an online whiteboarding session on the topic of software architecture.
