I interviewed for their team at Noida office. Very substandard process. Involves 4 rounds. 1st is online coding test, followed by a technical+coding round, design round and manegerial round. The most underprepared panel of interviewers I have ever come across. Reflects the kind of technical team they have at their office. Almost all interviews wrapped up within 30 minutes. Their interviews consisted of same regular bookish theoretical questions. None of the interviewers knew what to ask other than the questions they had mugged up. In the coding round, the interviewer was shocked with the basic solution I had written which passed all test cases in least time and space complexity and was not able to understand my logic as he had mugged up some solution from online source and my solution did not match that. That round wrapped up in 15 minutes as he had not prepared another question for an interview that was supposed to last around an hour. The same was with other rounds as well. Even the recruiter who was in touch with me was trying to act too cool and street smart from the very beginning. I should've taken that as a red flag and shouldn't have gone ahead with the process. After I cleared all the rounds, they started ignoring my calls and emails. The same team which had been incessantly calling me to schedule the interviews day in day out. I tried reaching out to them for 15 days and did not get any response. One day I thought to reach out from a different unknown number. The recruiter picked up in 2 seconds. When I confronted him regarding the same, he said they had frozen recruitment for the lead position. When I asked the reason, he said "Because of the growing AI trend, company is contemplating wether to hire tech resources or not." These were the person's exact words. And his team had been ignoring my calls because he was on leave (my process lasted 2 weeks and as per him he was on leave during entire duration) and other people in his team had resigned. I was flabbergasted on hearing the response. So, take my advice, do not interview with this company for a tech position.
