Regarding the “Interview” message submitted on Oct. 22, 2015, we know who this person is, as they were hired by Cleary Building Corp. about four months ago following both a phone interview and a two-hour face-to-face interview per Cleary hiring procedures. A few days after the face-to-face interview (not before), Cleary sent this person an offer packet that was accepted. This person was hired and did work for Cleary for a short period of time before they were dismissed. Cleary’s hiring process is very well documented, and the personnel who do the hiring for Cleary are trained on this process. In this particular case, the process outlined in our hiring procedure documentation was followed accurately and appropriately.
