Compared to my other assessment days, including magic circle and other US firm assessments, I found the other candidates quite aggressive and unpleasant, even when working in the same team in assessments. The trainees were friendly, nevertheless, I found the interview process very unpleasant and the interviewer to be very rude, laughing and smirking at my answers, and this put me off the firm.

excellent really friendly standrd questions were not too difficult except they did ask me why I wanted to do commercial law with them as opposed to any other US firm in London
