Interesting. Polished on the outside and very detailed even to the point of how you look. You cannot look fat or you won’t be employed is what I learnt after I got the role.

Interview
They use mostly recruiters and will do in person interviews where possible. Office set up is dark and looks posh, more like a club than an office. Perks like good quality coffee, nice office environment and colleagues looks spiffy in formal corporate wear. They seem to have high turnover.
