I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Phone interview followed by an onsite interview. Phone Interview with research manager. Onsite interview with 2 supervisors followed by interview with 3 peers. Was a question and answer format from their side, then the other half of the interview I had the opportunity to ask questions.

Question 1
How do you react if a supervisor tells you to throw away certain patient documentation?
Interviewer was friendly and gave me feedback during the interview which I liked. But by the final interview I had a strong feeling I didn't get and wish they just cut me loose earlier.

Question 1
Considering other applicants have further education/ more experience, why should you be selected?
The number of rounds depends on the department, but first you'll meet with HR, then with a supervisor, then perhaps the PI or doctor in charge or with a peer panel. It takes a while to go through the entire process which is a little frustrating, but everyone has generally been nice.

They rejected my application literally within 30 minutes. No way an actual human read my resume What a joke. Not sure what software their HR uses but I have 12 years of experience in my field.
