The interview process started a small talk with a recruiter. This would then lead to an online interview that was pretty quick. During this online interview you were not speaking to an actual person. After this point, if you were accepted, you would move to a nurse manager who then interview you. At this point, if they like you, they may hire you on the spot. If this is the case, they will report back to the original recruiter who will then give you the offer letter.
