Was interview at a hiring event, about 100+ people in the building at the time. Sat with a HR rep, went over my initial application, then proceeded to schedule multiple interviews with several hiring managers at the hospitals I was interested in. About a week later interviewed with floor managers.

I applied on Workday, received call from recruiter asking to interview, had an interview with recruiter, and they scheduled for me to interview with the floor manager on the desired floor I picked.
Easy. Ask you why you want to be in patient care. They prefer STNA. If you don’t they will train you as a PCNA but it’s a much easier process if you already have STNA.
