Cleveland Guardians interview questions

Great recruiter call but they never followed up. They reached out to me and asked me to apply so I found this strange. Was told I’d hear back by the next week and it was just crickets. The salary was below the average for the job title though.

Tough interview process. They usually promote from within but they leave no stone unturned. They will do their homework and usually present different personalities along the way to get a unique sense both ways.
