One of the worst and most disrespectful interviewing experiences I've been through. I went through 6 rounds of interviews, including a half day onsite as my final round. After the final interview, I was ghosted for 2 weeks until I finally reached back out to ask for an update.
The hiring manager also had no personality and just started each interview with "I have a list of questions I need to ask". Honestly glad it didn't work out, seemed like the culture was unhappy through the interview process

Had a referral from an employee who recently left. Easily got a meeting with the recruiter, very nice and helpful. Was then referred to the hiring manager for a behavioral and they were hard to get a read on.

1st round: 15-minute phone screen with offshore recruiter who seemed to be reading straight from a script and very obviously does not work directly for Click
2nd round: 30-minute conversational interview with mid-level Product Manager
3rd-round: Exercise-style interview with a Senior Product Manager, with no forewarning whatsoever. I had been told by the recruiter that this was going to be a conversational interview with the hiring manager. Instead, the hiring manager did not show up, and a Senior PM told me that we were going to do a whiteboard exercise together. I had absolutely no time to prepare for this style of interview, did not have any digital tools set up, and had to spend the first 10 minutes creating an account for Miro and scrambling to re-orient myself. This made me totally flustered, and I ended up performing abysmally on the exercise.
I reached out to the recruiter for a status update a week after the interview; she said she did not have feedback from the team yet, but would let me know as soon as she heard back. I haven't heard from them since.
