Fairly casual, with the usual (standardized & simple) questions about desire for job change, highs/lows, and questions about my work history. Ironically, I was told that I wasn’t selected because of the technical skills required for the position. I was never tested nor questioned as to my technical capabilities, so I guess they decided that based on my appearance. Funny, I don’t wear my IQ on my forehead…
