I got interview call from referral and started with bumpy ride, schedule a call with recruiter and he didn't call, and again after rescheduling. Afterwards, connected with another recruiter and process started. There were 6 interviews including technical screen. 1 technical screen, 2 coding, 2 system design, 1 behavioral and 1 with senior director. Later, recruiter called me and told I have cleared all interviews and gave overview of package structure (negotiations around). After that I waited for a week and then when I called recruiter I have been told that position is closed and senior management want to hire staff level engineer. I felt so disappointed because I spent good amount of time on preparation and I wasn't expecting this outcome. Later, recruiter called me and talked about integrity and how he is responsible to get me another offer, he promised to find another opportunity in Climate but it was all a lie.

* Bad experience for me. * After taking all the interviews and HR discussion they didn't came back and after almost a month and after writing a couple of emails they responded that they are not able to pay that I'm asking for and that is something that we discussed in our first discussion itself. * Don't waste your time. * Even they are not asking any that special questions which will be useful for you for preparation perspective also.
