I had two phone interviews. After the 2nd interview, I was given a verbal offer over the phone. I was told that I would be emailed a formal offer the next day. I waited 48 hours and followed up, I was told via text that I would receive the offer shortly. After 5 days, I followed up again. 7 days after receiving a verbal offer, I was told that another candidate was given an offer and they excepted. Unprofessional behavior and horrible communication skills.
