Email interview, very general. This is a contract job, you obtain the job by proving you can do the work. You are assigned mock reports to redact and you can ask questions and refer to a guidance. The reports are reviewed and you are selected if you did a good enough job.

The interview process is all done through e-mail. There are not really any questions, you basically have to teach yourself how to do the job and prove that you can do it. Once you prove that you can do the job then you are paid for your training and are hired. If you can not do the job then you are not paid for your training.
